Kindly review the information below with regards to all orders from the webstore.

Preorders Information:
Please be inform that for all Preorders items, shipment expected arrival maybe delayed.
Kindly allow additional few days for the arrival of the items.
We will update you on the shipment status should there be any significant delays.
We will contact you in advance prior to scheduling the delivery for your items.

Orders Delivery:
1. We will check all items before before we deliver to customer.
2. Please check all items immediately upon received.
3. For any defected items, please submit a complain direct to Admin within 2 days from date of items received.

Return Policy:
We do accept return of goods/exchange/refunds if the items are
– not functioning
– wrong item delivered
– items not as stated as per catalog; eg wrong measurements or design, shape, totally different colour
– items with any defects such as Zips, tear, broken or missing parts; etc

We will not exchange or refund any items if the problems arises from the customer; such as
– buying the wrong colour/size
– making made the wrong selection upon checkout
– not applying the promo code

Complain procedure:
Please make sure the products are with original packaging.

1. Take photo/video of the items
– full product
– defect/problem area
– a video record is good if the item has functionality issues

2. Send the details to Admin
– Order Number
– Photo/video
– any descriptions
– Admin whatsapp @ 92997492

3. Kindly allow admin to revert with solutions within 2 working days.
