Kindly review the information below with regards to all orders from the webstore.

Preorders Information:
Please be inform that for all Preorders items, shipment expected arrival maybe delayed.
Kindly allow additional few days for the arrival of the items.
We will update you on the shipment status should there be any significant delays.
We will contact you in advance prior to scheduling the delivery for your items.

Orders Delivery:
1. We will check all items before before we deliver to customer.
2. Please check all items immediately upon received.
3. For any defected items, please submit a complain direct to Admin within 2 days from date of items received.

Return Policy:
We do accept return of goods/exchange/refunds if the items are
– not functioning
– wrong item delivered
– items not as stated as per catalog; eg wrong measurements or design, shape, totally different colour
– items with any defects such as Zips, tear, broken or missing parts; etc

We will not exchange or refund any items if the problems arises from the customer; such as
– buying the wrong colour/size
– making made the wrong selection upon checkout
– not applying the promo code

Complain procedure:
Please make sure the products are with original packaging.

1. Take photo/video of the items
– full product
– defect/problem area
– a video record is good if the item has functionality issues

2. Send the details to Admin
– Order Number
– Photo/video
– any descriptions
– Admin whatsapp @ 92997492

3. Kindly allow admin to revert with solutions within 2 working days.

Courier Services

SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

Thank you for your interest in Kedai Kita @ Our Shop Courier Services.

Operating Hours
We are open daily 10am to 10pm, including Public Holidays.
You may book your preferred schedules via the Calendar.
We will follow up with you on the status once we received your bookings [click here].

Area Coverage 
– We delivers to any location within Singapore. 
– Additional charge applies for restricted zones such as Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Ports, SATS, Aerospace zones, Shipyards, Airline Road, Airport Cargo Road, Airport zones, ALPS Ave, Camps, Checkpoints, Construction sites, and Supply bases.

Product Types / Delivery Restrictions
– We deliver any items as long as it is not illegal in Singapore.
– Standard limitations include alcohol-related items and live animals.
– As for food types, we accept bookings only for Halal-Certified products.
– Fragile items (such as cupcakes and glassware) must be packaged properly; we will not be liable for damages related to packaging of the products. 
– We do not provide any assembly services.

Motorbike services 
$5 
– delivery within 3 days
– max weight 3kg
– hand carry and non-bulky
– dry products or non-perishable products
– Packing MUST be sealed, in polymailers or any sealed packing
– Recipients info MUST be on the packaging

Motorbike services 
$8 
– delivery within 3 days
– max weight 8kg
– dry products or non-perishable products 
– hand carry, bulky accepted 
– Recipients info MUST be on the packaging /receipt

Motorbike services 
$10 – $15
– same day delivery subjected to slots availability
– any products within a motorbike limitations
– Recipients info MUST be on the packaging /receipt

Car services 
$10 – $20
– same day delivery subjected to slots availability
– any products within a car limitations
– hand carry, bulky accepted 
– Recipients info MUST be on the packaging /receipt

Van services 
$20 – $50
– same day delivery subjected to slots availability
– any products within a Van limitations
– bulky accepted, trolley will be provided 
– Recipients info MUST be on the packaging /receipt

Surcharges
– Additional $2 per job if service required on Public Holiday/Sundays
– Additional $5 for restricted zones
– Actual delivery fee will be based on the actual item collected, should any additional cost incurred 
– Sender will be liable for additional delivery fees if any rescheduling is required due to recipients unavailability

Administrative
– We do not collect cash from recipients
– Delivery status will be provided thru sender mobile in a timely manner
– Photo proof will be provided when necessary

Payments
– All payments to made during bookings submission
– We will not process any bookings if payment is not received
